Just received this free magazine through my front door – but does it make any “SENSE” for a “High Steet” bank that is only being sustained by an 84% Government stakeholding to be seen wasting our money like this !!
To be fair there is a small insert promoting some glossy RBS banking products but is this type of behaviour really appropriate !! I think not.
I presume that this magazine has gone out to all the Bank’s customers. How much did it cost to design, print and distribute and what is the expected payback ?
