Delivery Management has organised a Social Media event on Wednesday 14th September from 11.30 am to 2.00 pm at the Huntingdon Bowls Club on St Peters Road, Huntingdon. We had to pull out of a Chamber event on a similair subject and wanted to ensure that we didn’t let down our friends and supporters.
A whole range of really exciting “next generation” social media products have been released or significantly upgraded over the summer break. Google+, Linkedin and Hootsuite. For the first time you can now run all these applications as Apps on your Android or Apple portable devices – or even on your smart TV as a widget.
The event is designed to showcase these new technologies to Cambridgeshire companies – and how they can be used as part of your business strategies. Delivery Management is a “knowledge based” technology company and we will demonstrate how we use social media within our communication strategy within a BtB context. We have invited a number of our very close associates along to the event to explain and demonstrate how they use the tools and the technology. Ann Hawkins and Dr Chris Thomas are leading practitioners of Social Media in Cambridgeshire and have really helped Delivery Management design its business strategy in this area.
The event will conclude with an open discussion on the “Business Case” for Social Media adoption – and in particular how to demonstrate a strong ROI to your board.
